👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
🥣 1. Marinate Chicken (20 mins + 2-24 hrs)
– Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and beet. Coat chicken. Refrigerate 2+ hours (overnight = best flavor) .
🔥 2. Cook Chicken (12-15 mins)**
– **Air Fryer**: 200°C (400°F). Skewer chicken (soak wooden skewers 30 mins first ). Air fry 12-15 mins until charred at edges (internal temp 75°C/165°F) .
🍅 3. Sauce in Air Fryer (20 mins)**
– Use oven-safe pan (fits in air fryer basket). Sauté onions, ginger, garlic with ghee 3 mins. Add tomatoes, spices, stock.
– **Air Fry**: 180°C (350°F) for 15 mins. Blend with immersion blender until smooth .
🍗 4. Combine & Finish**
– Dice cooked chicken, add to sauce. Stir in cream, sugar, fenugreek.
-Final Cook: Air fry 5 mins at 160°C (320°F) to meld flavours .
